[目的]了解济南市有机磷农药工厂作业工人血清胆碱酯酶(CUE)的含量与生产环境中有机磷含量、接触时间的关系及其变化规律,为制定预防和减少职业危害的措施提供依据。[方法]2010年5月,随机抽取济南市2家生产敌百虫的工厂,对包装工段的工人进行血清CHE检测,并与两厂未接触有机磷农药的工作人员进行比较。[结果]A接触组51人,血清CHE浓度为147.93±22.71 u/L,B接触组47人,血清CHE浓度为112.74±26.73 u/L,对照组47人为189.51±14.88 u/L(P<0.01)。A组24名男性、29名女性分别为156.51±24.54 u/L、140.31±20.63 u/L(P<0.01);B组22名男性、25名女性分别为119.28±25.12 u/L、106.99±28.02 u/L(P>0.05)。接触工龄<1年1~5年、5~10年者分别为160.79±14.93 u/L、109.02±13.21 u/L、142.95±16.12 u/L(P<0.01)。[结论]接触有机磷农药可以降低包装工人的血清CHE,对女性、接触工龄长者尤其明显。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the relationship between the content of serum cholinesterase (CUE) and the content and contact time of organophosphorus in production environment, and to provide the basis for making measures to prevent and reduce occupational hazards . [Method] In May 2010, two factories producing trichlorfon in Jinan were randomly selected. Serum CHE was detected in the workers in the packaging section and compared with those not exposed to organophosphorus pesticide in the two plants. [Results] There were 51 patients in the A exposure group with serum CHE concentration of 147.93 ± 22.71 u / L, 47 patients in the B exposure group, 112.74 ± 26.73 u / L in the serum CHE group and 189.51 ± 14.88 u / L in the control group (P < 0.01). A group of 24 males and 29 females were 156.51 ± 24.54 u / L and 140.31 ± 20.63 u / L, respectively (P <0.01). In group B, 22 males and 25 females were 119.28 ± 25.12 u / L and 106.99 ± 28.02 u / L (P> 0.05). The length of service from 1 year to 5 years was 160.79 ± 14.93 u / L, 109.02 ± 13.21 u / L and 142.95 ± 16.12 u / L, respectively (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Exposure to organophosphorus pesticides can reduce the serum CHE of packers, especially to women and those with longer working-age.
