目的对藻肤康抗菌剂的杀菌效果进行检测分析。方法采用振荡烧瓶法进行定量杀菌试验、稳定性试验,并做现场杀菌试验。结果对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用5 min,平均杀灭率为99.99%以上;作用10 min、20 min,平均杀灭率均可达到99.999%以上。在37℃恒温培养箱中存放90 d后,5 min平均杀灭率仍为99.99%;现场杀菌试验可消除皮肤上的自然菌达到90%以上。结论藻肤康抗菌剂具有高效、迅速、稳定的杀菌效果。
Objective To test the bactericidal effect of Alginate Kang antibacterials. Methods The method of shaking flask was used to conduct the quantitative sterilization test, the stability test and the field sterilization test. Results The average killing rate of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans for 5 min was 99.99%, and the average killing rate was 99.999% for 10 min and 20 min. After 90 days of storage in a constant temperature incubator at 37 ° C, the average killing rate at 5 minutes was still 99.99%. In-situ sterilization tests eliminated more than 90% of natural bacteria on the skin. Conclusion Algae Kang antibacterial agents with high efficiency, rapid and stable bactericidal effect.
