每个项目的成功都与用户实际的需求、方案的可行性、公司的技术实力密不可分,但项目管理更是一个项目成败的关键。联想集成系统有限公司在十余年的项目实施中总结了一套可行的项目管理办法,尤其针对大型项目的实施、管理上更是有一套行之有效的措施。首先,在项目合同签订之前,LAS会组建项目组,在认真研讨用户的需求之后,制定出完善的解决方案。由于每个项目的不同,由公司内部以及LAS的专家委员会组织相应的项目论证会,由各方面专家对项目需求进行论证,以确保方案的科学性与可行性。
