中职生的特殊性决定了班主任工作与普通高中不同,班主任不仅要对学生的养成教育补课,还要对他们的亲情教育和成长教育补课,采取科学的管理方法激发学生自我管理的意识,在工作中科学合理地评价学生,使其成长为合格的社会公民和劳动者。
The specificity of secondary vocational school students determines that the work of the class teacher is different from that of ordinary senior high schools. The class teacher not only needs to make up remedial classes for students, but also supplements their affection education and growth education to adopt a scientific management method to stimulate students’ self-management awareness. Scientifically and reasonably assess students at work so that they will grow into qualified social citizens and laborers.
