1.我国钢管工业概况 1.1 无缝钢管机组据不完全统计,目前我国共有80余套无缝钢管机组,可生产φ6～630×0.1～60mm的无缝管。年生产能力约为250×10~4t。现有机组可分属于3个不同的技术层次。①多次加热的、以钢管不旋转、纵向轧制的、唇形孔型为主的、壁厚公差在±8％以上的传统机组共50多套。其中自动轧管机44套,周期式轧管机2套,顶管机2套,连轧管机2套,而自动轧管机中又有43套变形工

Overview of China’s steel industry 1.1 Seamless steel tube unit According to incomplete statistics, at present, China has a total of more than 80 sets of seamless steel pipe unit can produce φ6 ~ 630 × 0.1 ~ 60mm seamless pipe.
