本实验用已建立的肝细胞核甲状腺激素受体(T_3R)测定法,观察3组中药对“高甲”和“低甲”模型大鼠 T_3R 和甲状腺激素的影响。结果发现滋阴药(生地、玉竹)能降低“高甲”模型血清甲状腺激素水平,同时也降低肝细胞核已升高的 T_3R 的最大结合量(Bmax),使之接近正常。助阳药Ⅰ(附子、肉桂)能升高“低甲”模型血清甲状腺激素水平,但反而降低T_3R 的 Bmax。助阳药Ⅱ(仙灵脾、苁蓉)也升高血清甲状腺激素水平,但对 T_3R 的 Bmax 无显著影响。这3组中药对 T_3R 的 Kd 均无影响。
In this experiment, the established method for the determination of thyroid hormone receptor (T_3R) in liver nucleus was used to observe the effect of three groups of Chinese herbs on T_3R and thyroid hormone in rats with high-grade and low-grade nails. As a result, it was found that Ziyin (land, odoratum) can reduce serum thyroid hormone levels in the “high-grade” model, and also reduce the maximum binding amount (Bmax) of elevated T_3R in the hepatocyte nucleus, making it nearly normal. Auxiliary drugs I (Fuzi, cinnamon) can increase the serum levels of thyroid hormones in the “lower armor” model, but lower the Bmax of T3R. Yangyang Pills II (Fairing Spleen and Cistanche) also increased serum thyroid hormone levels, but had no significant effect on Bmax of T3R. These three groups of Chinese herbs had no effect on Kd of T_3R.
