依赖于制造业务的服务已逐渐成为决定制造企业赢得竞争优势的关键因素。从与制造业务相关的视角界定了服务衍生的概念,给出了服务衍生的特征及其过程,根据所衍生的服务与产品之间捆绑的紧密程度,提出了依托型和组合型两种类型的服务衍生方式。借助种群相互作用的辨识模型,理论上剖析了两种类型服务衍生方式的存在性;以陕鼓面向服务型制造的转型过程为研究对象,实践上讨论了两种类型服务衍生方式的存在性。研究结果表明,制造企业面向服务型制造的转型过程中,存在依托型和组合型两种服务衍生方式,依托型服务衍生能充分顾及客户面向使用的产品服务系统,而组合型服务衍生更能体现差异化的竞争优势。
Services that depend on manufacturing operations have gradually become the key determinants of manufacturing competitiveness. The concept of service derivation is defined from the perspective of manufacturing business. The characteristics and process of service derivation are given.
