我国铁路工程历年采用的抗震设计规范,对于明洞回填土石的侧压力,都没有规定明确的计算公式,以往大多参照挡土墙办法进行计算。1977年铁道部颁《铁路工程抗震设计规范(试行)》明确了计算挡土墙、台后、明洞地震主动土压力时,均用以库伦理论为基础的静力法(即惯性力法)。我们在编制地震区拱形明洞衬砌标准设计中,依照新的抗震规范,结合明洞的情况,推导整理出了地震区拱形明洞侧压力计算公式。同时对非地震区
