0.3m×0.2m结冰风洞是一座回流式亚声速风洞,它是3m×2m结冰风洞的1∶10缩尺引导风洞,用于结冰风洞设计、调试和运行的关键技术研究。介绍了针对该风洞点流向测量而设计的小尺寸五孔探针排架在一座专用校准设备上进行标定的实验结果,同时还给出了该引导风洞点流向测量的结果。校准及测试结果表明:校准数据处理所采用的线性离散模型满足亚声速条件下小尺寸五孔探针的校准精度要求,五孔探针对点流向的测量精度可达±0.04°;结冰引导风洞主试验段及低速试验段各个截面点流向均在±0.5°以内,满足设计要求。

This paper introduces the experimental results of calibrating a small-size five-hole probe rack designed for measuring the flow direction of a wind tunnel on a special calibration equipment, and also gives the result of the flow direction measurement of the guide wind tunnel. Calibration and test results show that the linear discrete model used in the calibration data processing meets the calibration accuracy requirements of the small-size five-hole probe under subsonic conditions. The precision of the five-hole probe can be measured to ± 0.04 ° with respect to the point flow direction. Wind tunnel main test section and low-speed test section of each section point of flow within ± 0.5 °, to meet the design requirements.
