目的探析脑性瘫痪儿童粗大运动功能分级与孕龄及出生体质量的关系。方法选取该院2016年1月-2017年1月收治的90例脑性瘫痪儿童作为研究对象,依据粗大运动功能分级系统(GMFCS)评估结果将其分为轻度组(GMFCSⅠ级、Ⅱ级)42例、中度组(GMFCSⅢ级)33例、重度组(GMFCSⅣ级、Ⅴ级)15例,对其孕龄及出生体质量进行比较。结果3组脑性瘫痪儿童不同孕龄、不同体质量分布占比比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕龄越短、体质量越轻,脑性瘫痪儿童粗大运动功能分级越差,可将孕龄及体质量作为评估粗大运动功能分级严重程度的参照指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between graded motor function and gestational age and birth weight in children with cerebral palsy. Methods Ninety children with cerebral palsy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects and divided into mild group (GMFCS Ⅰ and Ⅱ) according to GMFCS assessment results. 42 cases, 33 cases of moderate group (GMFCS Ⅲ) and 15 cases of severe group (GMFCS Ⅳ, Ⅴ). The gestational age and birth weight were compared. Results There were significant differences in the proportions of body mass distribution in different age groups of children with cerebral palsy (P <0.05). Conclusions The shorter the gestational age, the lighter the body weight, the poorer the grading of gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy. The gestational age and body weight can be used as a reference index to evaluate the grading severity of gross motor function.
