目的:揭示血脂平冲剂对实验性高脂血症大鼠CD55、CD59表达的影响。方法:将60只昆明种雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、病理模型组、西药组、血脂平冲剂大剂量组、血脂平冲剂中剂量组、血脂平冲剂小剂量组。测定血脂平冲剂对SD大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的影响。测定血脂平冲剂对SD大鼠CD55、CD59表达的影响。结果:血脂平冲剂能显著降低SD大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C水平,能使CD55、CD59表达明显上调,且具有明显的量效关系。结论:血脂平冲剂可影响CD55、CD59的表达,有显著的降脂效果,干预动脉粥样硬化的发生。
Objective: To reveal the effect of Xuezhiping on the expression of CD55 and CD59 in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods: Sixty Kunming male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, pathological model group, western medicine group, Xuezhiping tablet high dose group, Xuezhiping tablet middle dose group and Xuezhiping tablet low dose group. To determine the effect of Xuezhiping Granules on total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) in SD rats. To determine the effect of Xuezhiping Granules on the expression of CD55 and CD59 in SD rats. Results: Xuezhiping Granules could significantly decrease the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in SD rats, and significantly up-regulate the expressions of CD55 and CD59, with a significant dose-response relationship. Conclusion: Xuezhiping granule can affect the expression of CD55 and CD59, have significant lipid-lowering effect, and interfere with the occurrence of atherosclerosis.
