采用正中纵向石蜡切片法,对山楂叶悬钩子花芽分化与年温度和日照时数变化之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:山楂叶悬钩子花芽分化过程与温度和日照时数之间存在对应关系,在5—7月份进行营养生长,腋芽分化出7个鳞片,8月初花序开始分化,8月中旬花芽开始分化,花芽分化集中在8月下旬至9月中旬;顶端花芽先于侧面花芽分化,花萼在9月下旬开始分化,在冬眠前花芽发育至花萼阶段,经过约5个月的冬眠,花芽在第2年4月初开始花器官分化,在4月末至5月初完成花器官分化。
The relationship between the annual temperature and the sunshine duration was studied by using the median longitudinal paraffin section method. The results showed that there was a correlation between the flower bud differentiation process and the temperature and sunshine duration, and the vegetative growth in May-July and the axillary bud differentiation in 7 scales.
