根据松江河梯级电站初步设计,松江河梯级电站为集中控制管理模式。小山水电站将按照无人值班(少人值守)方式运行,其监控系统确定设计成全计算机监控系统。根据安全、经济、先进、实效的要求,东北勘测设计研究院机电处设计人员应用国外先进计算机硬件设备,配置了小山水电站计算机监控系统;并应用国外先进的计算机支持软件、工具软件开发了小山水电站计算机监控系统应用软件。配合小山水电站机电设备的安装,同步投入了计算机监控系统。1997年底小山水电站两台机相继投产发电,计算机监控系统随之投入运行,发挥其安全监视、自动控制的作用,受到电厂方面的好评。

According to the requirements of safety, economy, advanced and practical results, the designers of Mechanical and Electrical Department of Northeast Investigation, Design and Research Institute have applied the advanced computer hardware equipment from abroad and configured the computer monitoring system of Xiaoshan Hydropower Station; and developed the Xiaoshan Hydropower Station using the advanced computer support software and tool software Computer monitoring system application software. With Xiaoshan Hydropower Station mechanical and electrical equipment installation, synchronization into the computer monitoring system. By the end of 1997, Xiaoshan Hydropower Station has put into operation two power generators one after another, and the computer monitoring system has been put into operation. Its safety monitoring and automatic control play a role and are highly praised by power plants.
