掘进机作为现代生产的重要设备,广泛应用在煤矿和隧道开采等领域,其性能的好坏对生产效率有着重要影响。掘进机钻头的寿命除了受材料的影响,还和其本身的结构有很大关系。详细分析了掘进机钻头的锋利度和耐磨度与其结构的关系,并对其进行了仿真。最后找到使生产效率最大时掘进机钻头结构的最优设计方法,为掘进机钻头的实际设计提供理论参考。
As an important equipment of modern production, boring machine is widely used in the fields of mining and tunneling, and its performance has an important influence on the production efficiency. In addition to boring machine drill bit life expectancy by the material, but also its own structure has a lot to do.
