[目的]通过不同质量浓度昆虫多糖对大豆进行茎叶处理,明确其促进大豆生长的最佳剂量,比较昆虫多糖与海动力、植物动力、绿洲1号对大豆生长发育的影响。[方法]以上药剂处理大豆茎叶后,调查统计大豆侧根数、侧芽数、根瘤数、结荚数、花蕾数、叶绿素含量和产量。[结果]昆虫多糖粉末制剂质量浓度50 mg/L时促进大豆生长效果与海动力相当,优于植物动力和绿洲1号,与对照相比可增产16.63%。[结论]为昆虫多糖在应用中提供指导,为开发新型绿色环保农药提供依据。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the effects of insect polysaccharides, sea power, plant dynamics and oasis No.1 on the growth and development of soybean by stem and leaf treatment of soybean with different mass concentration of insect polysaccharides. [Method] After treating the stems and leaves of soybean with the above agents, the number of lateral roots, lateral buds, nodules, pods, buds, chlorophyll content and yield of soybean were investigated. [Result] The results showed that when the concentration of insect polysaccharide powder was 50 mg / L, the growth of soybean was equivalent to that of sea power, which was better than that of plant dynamics and Oasis No.1, and increased by 16.63% compared with the control. [Conclusion] The study provided guidance for the application of insect polysaccharides and provided the basis for the development of new green pesticides.
