成组抽考法在护生护理技能操作考核中的应用

目的:探讨成组抽考法在护生护理技能操作考核中的应用。方法:随机抽取2014级232名护生作为观察组,采用成组抽考法;将2013级192名护生作为对照组,采用传统考核法;比较两组考核成绩。结果:观察组考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组认可成组抽考法。结论:成组抽考法可提高护生护理技能操作能力,值得推广应用。 Objective: To explore the application of group test in nurse students nursing skills assessment. Methods: A total of 232 nursing students in 2014 were randomly selected as the observation group and a group test method was used. 192 nursing students in 2013 were used as the control group, and the traditional assessment method was used. The assessment scores of the two groups were compared. Results: The examination results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The observation group accepted the group sampling method. Conclusion: The group sampling method can improve the nursing skills of nursing students, which is worth popularizing and applying.
