到目前为止,以磨损方面鉴定某一新材料、新工艺零件的寿命仍常采用装机使用对比试验方法。由于这种试验方法影响因素复杂,试验数量又受很大限制,因此,试验结果往往不够准确、可靠,容易以片面试验结果代替全面结论。如果能在较大量试验结果基础上进行统计分析,所得结论相对就较正确,可靠。本文以35台次第2、3道活塞环装机使用试验的磨损数据为例,简述对磨损进行统计分析的方法。
So far, to identify a new material in terms of wear and tear, the life of new parts is often used in comparison with the installed test method. Due to the complexity of the test methods and the limited number of tests, the test results are often not accurate enough and reliable to easily replace the comprehensive conclusions with the one-sided test results. If we can conduct statistical analysis on the basis of a large number of test results, the conclusions are relatively correct and reliable. In this paper, 35 sets of second and third piston ring installed on the use of wear test data, for example, briefly describes the method of statistical analysis of wear.
