目的采用HPLC法同时测定白花刺参中的两个新三萜皂苷。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速1 m L·min-1,漂移管温度为104℃,N2流速为2.8 L·min-1,进样量10μL。结果 10批白花刺参药材中刺参苷J的含量为0.508%~1.308%,刺参苷N的含量为0.359%~0.838%。结论所用方法简便、重复性好,可为白花刺参药材质量控制提供参考。
Objective To determine the contents of two new triterpene saponins in Panax australis by HPLC. Methods The column was an Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1. The drift tube temperature was 104 ℃ and the flow rate of N2 was 2.8 L · min-1, injection volume 10μL. Results The contents of ginsenosides J were 0.508% -1308% and the contents of ginsenoside N were 0.359% -0.838% in 10 batches. Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible, and can provide reference for the quality control of Radix.
