建立了由稳定段、收缩段、测试段和扩压段组成的直流式风洞实验系统 ,其中测试段长 6m ,宽 0 .9m。在长度方向 ,每隔 1m设置 1个 (共 5个 )取样截面 ,每隔 0 .12m设置 1个 (共 7个 )取样点。浓度分布采用 10 2G型气相层析仪分析 ,分速采用EM9型风速表测量。通过对CO2 、C3 H6、C2 H2 气体在不同泄放源条件下进行的定常风洞扩散实验 ,给出了易燃易爆气体在不同泄放速率和风速条件下扩散时的危险体积分数和范围。
A direct current wind tunnel experimental system composed of steady section, contracted section, test section and diffuser section was established. The test section was 6m long and 0.9m wide. 1 (total 5) sampling cross sections are set every 1 m in the length direction, and 1 sampling point (total 7) is provided every 0.12 m. Concentration distribution using 10 2G-type gas chromatograph analysis, the use of sub-speed EM9-type anemometer measurements. Through the experiment of steady wind tunnel diffusion of CO2, C3H6 and C2H2 gas under different release sources, the dangerous volume fraction and range of flammable and explosive gas diffusion under different release rates and wind speeds are given .
