为了搞活企业,我们在总结了蒲庙水泥厂实行水泥吨工资含量全浮动计件工资的经验基础上,于1985年在全地区12个水泥企业推行水泥吨工资含量全浮动计件工资。两年来的实践证明,这一改革是成功的,对促进企业增产增收,效果是显著的。1985年与1984年相比,全地区水泥产量增长25.11%,其中县办厂增长37.2%;全员劳动生产率增长26.7%;上缴税利增长32.35%;工资总额增长48.5%。1986年与1985年相比,上述各项分别增长6.79%(其中县办厂13.7%)、11.7%、25.72%、16.4%。出厂水泥合格率由1984年的97.95%提高到1986年的99.11%。
In order to invigorate the enterprise, we summed up the practice of the Pumiao Cement Plant to implement a full-floating piece rate of cement tonnage wages. In 1985, 12 cement companies throughout the region implemented a full-float piece rate of cement tonnage wage content. The practice in the past two years has proved that this reform is successful, and the effect is obvious for promoting the increase of production and income of enterprises. Compared with 1984, the cement production in the region increased by 25.11% in 1985, of which the county-owned factory increased by 37.2%; the total labor productivity increased by 26.7%; the paid-in tax profit increased by 32.35%; and the total wage increased by 48.5%. Compared with 1985, the above-mentioned items increased by 6.79% (including 13.7% in county-owned factories), 11.7%, 25.72%, and 16.4% respectively. The qualified rate of cement at the factory increased from 97.95% in 1984 to 99.11% in 1986.
