目的 :检测口腔修复科龈切手术中高频电刀产生的烟雾扩散及颗粒大小。方法 :高频电刀治疗时开启可移动式吸烟机,检测空气中PM2.5与PM10的浓度变化值。应用扫描电镜观察吸烟机海绵滤芯吸附的烟雾颗粒大小及分布。应用SPSS 18.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:龈切手术电刀产生的烟雾可使局部空间内PM2.5与PM10的浓度显著上升,扫描电镜显示,电刀烟雾颗粒平均直径值为3.3μm。结论:高频电刀龈切治疗时产生的烟雾颗粒与PM2.5微粒大小相当,属于对肺有损害的细微颗粒,建议治疗时增强相应的防护措施与防范意识。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the smoke diffusion and particle size produced by high frequency electric knife during gingival cutting operation. Methods: When the high-frequency electric knife was opened, a movable smoking machine was opened to detect the change of the concentration of PM2.5 and PM10 in the air. Application of scanning electron microscope to observe the size and distribution of smoke particles adsorbed by sponge filter of smoking machine. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 18.0 software package. Results: The smoke produced by gingival incision electrosurgical knife significantly increased the concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10 in the local space. The scanning electron microscopy showed that the mean diameter of the smoke particles was 3.3 μm. Conclusions: The smoke particle produced by high frequency electric knife during gingival resection is similar in size to PM2.5 particles. It belongs to the fine particles that are harmful to the lungs. It is suggested that the corresponding protective measures and precautionary measures should be strengthened when treating.
