目的 探讨鳀鱼生物制品对人体降血脂(包括HDL,TC,TG)、血糖、血尿酸的作用。方法 对 61例高血脂、高血糖、高血尿酸人群分别给予 2种不同剂量鳀鱼生物制品,连续服用 3个月,每隔 1个月复查相关生化指标及血压。结果 服用 1个月以上者,TG,TC及血糖均明显下降 (P<0. 001 ),服用 1, 2, 3个月之间效果比较无明显差异,而高尿酸血症者服用 3个月后有下降趋势 (P<0. 05)。2种不同剂量服用者,结果无明显差异,单病症与多病症二者效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论 服用鳀鱼生物制品有降低TG、TC、血糖及血尿酸作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of catfish biologics on human blood lipid lowering (including HDL, TC, TG), blood sugar and blood uric acid. Methods Sixty-one patients with hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia were given 2 different doses of bream fish biological products respectively for 3 months continuously. The relevant biochemical indexes and blood pressure were reviewed every other month. The results of taking more than 1 month, TG, TC and blood glucose were significantly decreased (P <0.001), take 1, 2, 3 months after the effect was no significant difference, while patients with hyperuricemia take 3 months After a downward trend (P <0. 05). There were no significant differences in the results between the two different doses of the patients. There was no significant difference between the single disease and the multiple illnesses (P> 0.05). Conclusion The use of anchovy biological products reduce TG, TC, blood glucose and serum uric acid.
