在田间条件下,冬小麦(丰抗15)地上部硫百分含量的最大值在孕穗期,施硫处理为0.406%,对照为0.364%;最大累积量在灌浆期,施硫处理与对照分别为10.918mg·株-1和10.667mg·株-1;最大吸收强度在拔节至孕穗期间,两处理皆在0.40mg·株-1·d-1左右。施用硫肥可提高冬小麦的籽粒产量。形成百公斤籽粒需吸硫0.154kg~0.222kg.在拔节后的各生育期,硫素在茎鞘中的分配率高于叶片,生育后期则主要集中于穗部。成熟期穗中硫的含量占总量的比率大于55%.
