车流调整是铁路调度工作的一项重要内容,当车流结构发生较大变化时,将造成有些线路或车站的能力紧张甚至形成堵塞。通过对编组站堵塞原因及现有车流的调整分析,借鉴堵塞流理论提出的网络车流最小控制思路和方法,为铁路网络车流调整问题提供新的思路、方法以及理论、技术支撑,实现车流调整的精细、动态、集约化。
The adjustment of traffic flow is an important part of railway dispatching work.
