目的观察植物甾醇酯低脂奶粉对6~12岁肥胖儿童血脂的影响。方法将65例6~12岁肥胖儿童随机双盲对照法分成两组。观察组34例服用普通低脂奶粉加植物甾醇酯;对照组31例服用普通低脂奶粉。两组受试者期间的生活方式与受试前保持不变,每日早晚两餐时各服用相应的奶粉,早晚两餐各25 g,共服用50 g/d。两组整个服用周期均为8周。分别于第0周、第4周和第8周空腹采集静脉血,检测甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平。结果干预第4周、第8周,观察组血清TC水平与本组干预前及对照组差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05);观察组干预第8周血清TG和LDL-C水平与本组干预前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组干预前后血清TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在无须特别进行生活方式和饮食严格控制的情况下,服用植物甾醇酯低脂奶粉能有效改善肥胖儿童血脂状况,降低血清TC、LDL-C和TG水平。
Objective To observe the effects of phytosterol ester low fat milk on blood fat in obese children aged 6 ~ 12 years. Methods 65 cases of obese children aged 6 to 12 years were randomly divided into two groups. 34 cases of observation group taking ordinary low-fat milk powder plus phytosterol ester; control group of 31 patients taking ordinary low-fat milk powder. The level of serum TG and LDL-C in the observation group at the 8th week was significantly higher than that of the control group Group before intervention was significantly different (P <0.05). The levels of TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in the control group before and after intervention showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Without special lifestyle and diet strict control, the use of phytosterol low fat milk powder can effectively improve the lipid status of obese children, reduce serum TC, LDL-C and TG levels.
