Ru486(Mifepristone)又称米非司酮,是一种新型甾体类抗孕激素药物,具有终止早孕作用。卡孕栓为前列腺素制剂,两药合用效果显著,本所1994年至1995年,应用此法抗早孕360例,总有效率98.89％,现报道如下。 1.资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 用药者为18—39岁的健康妇女,停经不超过60天,前3个月月经正常,未置避孕环,无心、肝、肾疾病,经妇科检查,尿妊娠试验,B超检查确诊为宫内早孕,白带常规正常,且自愿要求服药抗早孕者。 1.2 方法 Ru486(上海华联制药公司产)25mg早晚口
