综合叙述了当前激光陀螺膜片检测技术领域的研究进展情况。介绍了激光陀螺用超低损耗膜片检测技术的应用背景;在对激光陀螺三类误差因素进行分析的基础上,探讨了膜片的各项参数与激光陀螺性能间的相互关系,并据此确定了需要检测的膜片参数类型;从检测原理、检测仪器等方面入手,对这些参数的检测方法进行了研究与讨论,并对测量的精度进行了分析;对当前检测技术所达到的水平进行了评价与总结。
A comprehensive description of the current progress in the field of laser gyro diaphragm detection technology. The application background of ultra low loss diaphragm detection technology for laser gyroscope is introduced. Based on the analysis of the error factors of three types of laser gyroscope, the relationship between the parameters of the diaphragm and the performance of laser gyroscope is discussed. The parameter types of the diaphragm to be tested are determined. The detection methods and parameters of these parameters are studied and discussed from the aspects of detection principle and testing equipment, and the accuracy of the measurement is analyzed.
