目的:掌握医院各科室收容量的季节变化特征,为医院管理决策和科室收容提供有价值的信息。方法:运用直接平均季节指数法,分析2006-2009年某院各科室入院收容数据。结果:医院各科室收容量蕴涵着季节指数变化规律,个别科室存在差异。结论:收容量季节指数规律,为医院病人收容增长和科室绩效评估考核提供依据。 OBJECTIVE: To grasp the seasonal variation characteristics of hospital departments and to provide valuable information for hospital management decision-making and departmental shelter. Methods: By using the method of direct average seasonal index, the hospital admission data of different departments in a hospital from 2006 to 2009 were analyzed. Results: The capacity of various departments and hospitals in the hospital implies the seasonal variation index, and there are differences in individual departments. Conclusion: The seasonal index of admission capacity provides a basis for the assessment of hospital patients’ capacity growth and department performance evaluation.
