以杂交兰‘宋梅’ב集圆’组培苗为试材,系统研究了基本培养基、植物生长调节剂、有机附加物、活性炭浓度4种因素对其芽生根的影响,以解决国兰传统繁殖方法繁殖速度慢的问题。结果表明:MS培养基为杂交兰芽生根的最佳培养基;植物生长调节剂浓度配比对芽生根率影响显著,在含NAA 3.0mg/L+6-BA 0.1mg/L的培养基上芽生根效果最好;有机附加物对芽生根有促进作用,椰汁对杂交兰生根效果最好;活性炭可以提高芽生根率,最佳浓度为3.0g/L。
The effects of basic medium, plant growth regulator, organic additive and activated carbon concentration on rooting of bud were studied systematically with tissue culture seedlings of ’Songmei ×’ The problem of the slow propagation of traditional breeding methods in Lan. The results showed that: MS medium was the best medium for rooting hybrids; the ratio of plant growth regulators had a significant effect on the rooting rate of shoots. On the medium containing NAA 3.0mg / L + 6-BA 0.1mg / L The rooting effect of buds was the best. The organic addenda had the promoting effect on bud rooting. Coconut juice had the best rooting effect on hybrids. Activated charcoal could increase the rooting rate of buds. The optimum concentration was 3.0g / L.
