利用高分辨飞行时间质谱(Q-Tof)和UNIFI筛查软件对动物尿液中部分兽药及违禁药物进行筛查分析,并对筛查结果进行LC-MS/MS方法进行确证。4份动物尿液样品经MSE数据采集模式并经UNIFI软件筛查分析,分别检出2~7种残留物。以沙丁胺醇为例,筛查结果经LC-M S/M S确证,两种方法结果一致。筛查结果表明,UPLC-Q-Tof系统结合UNIFI筛查软件适用于动物源性产品中多种药物残留的同时筛查,筛查结果准确可靠。
Some veterinary drugs and illicit drugs in animal urine were screened by high-resolution time of flight mass spectrometry (Q-Tof) and UNIFI screening software, and the screening results were confirmed by LC-MS / MS. Four animal urine samples were analyzed by MSE data collection mode and screened by UNIFI software, and 2 ~ 7 residues were detected respectively. Taking salbutamol as an example, the screening results were confirmed by LC-MS / MS, and the results of the two methods were consistent. Screening results show that the UPLC-Q-Tof system combined with UNIFI screening software for simultaneous screening of multiple drug residues in animal-derived products, the screening results are accurate and reliable.
