上海铁合金厂共有以碳砖为炉衬的矿冶炉十七座,每年碳砖用量约为157m~3,其中三分之二以上的碳砖形状需经加工后才能砌炉使用。以往碳砖加工靠手工凿削成型,不仅劳动强度大,操作环境差,生产效率低,而且靠手工加工出来的碳砖外形质量差,破损率高(约占5%)。针对上述问题,上海铁合金厂组织有关职工进行技术攻关,于1988年研制成功了碳砖切割机。它利用原报废的旧龙门创床作机身,在上面按装了自行设计
Shanghai Ferroalloy Plant has a total of 17 coal-mining furnaces with carbon bricks as the lining. The annual carbon-bricks consumption is about 157m ~ 3, of which over two-thirds of the carbon brick shapes need to be processed before they can be used for furnace construction. In the past, carbon brick processing by manual chiseling forming, not only labor-intensive, poor operating environment, low production efficiency, but also by manual processing of carbon brick shape poor quality, high damage rate (about 5%).
