文中对深井中的钻柱在拉、压、扭转及腐蚀的恶烈环境下,从钻具内部晶粒结构、微裂纹发生和发展的微观过程,进行微观机理分析。建立疲劳门槛条件的数学模型,扩展速率的模型和表达关系。讨论钻柱在腐蚀介质中随介质的变化趋势,从而分析深井钻柱疲劳破坏的内在原因。
In this paper, the micro-mechanism analysis of the drill string in deep well under the severe conditions of drawing, pressing, twisting and corrosion is carried out from the microscopic process of the grain structure and the occurrence and development of micro-cracks in the drill string. Establishing a mathematical model of fatigue threshold conditions, extending the rate of the model and expression.
