目的比较重症护理评分系统与分级护理在重度颅脑损伤护理中的应用。方法选取我院重度颅脑损伤患者120例,收治时间在2015年2月至2016年3月期间,按照不同护理方式分为两组,对照组患者实施分级护理,观察组患者实施重症护理评分系统护理。结果观察组重度颅脑损伤患者实施护理措施后的并发症发生率、病死率、平均留管时间、住院时间、直接护理时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将重症护理评分系统与分级护理在重度颅脑损伤护理中的应用进行比较,重症护理评分系统护理取得较为可观的效果。 Objective To compare the application of grading system and grading nursing in severe head injury nursing. Methods A total of 120 patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The duration of treatment was divided into two groups according to different nursing methods from February 2015 to March 2016. The patients in the control group were treated with grading nursing and the patients in observation group were administered the critical care score system Nursing. Results The incidence of complications, mortality, average duration of stay, length of hospital stay, and direct nursing time after nursing intervention in patients with severe craniocerebral injury in observation group were better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of critical care scoring system and grading nursing in severe craniocerebral injury nursing are compared, and the nursing of critical care grading system has a considerable effect.
