兔是研究角膜病最常选用的实验动物。研究其正常组织学结构,可为了解其病理状况打下基础。本文报告了正常兔角膜的光镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜的组织学观察结果。发现兔角膜由上皮层、实层、后弹力层和内皮层等部分构成。其组织学结构除了前弹力层不明显外,与正常人角膜的结构大致相同。并讨论了兔角膜的上皮微绒毛、实质层的胶原纤维排列、内皮细胞的细胞器等结构特点,认为这些结构特点是与正常兔角膜的生理功能密切相关的。利用兔角膜材料研究各种角膜疾病是适宜的。
Rabbit is the most commonly used laboratory animal for studying corneal disease. Studying its normal histological structure may lay the foundation for understanding its pathological condition. This paper reports the normal rabbit corneal light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy histological observations. Rabbit cornea found by the epithelial layer, the real layer, the elastic layer and the endothelium and other components. Its histological structure except the pre-elastic layer is not obvious, with the normal human corneal structure is roughly the same. The corneal epithelial microvilli, the arrangement of parenchymal collagen fibers and the organelle of endothelial cells were also discussed. These structural features are closely related to the physiological functions of normal rabbit cornea. It is appropriate to study various corneal diseases using rabbit corneal materials.
