针对长庆炼油化工总厂 3号喷气燃料馏分在白土精制后产生银片腐蚀问题 ,在实验室进行的模拟工业条件的试验结果表明 ,白土中的痕量单质硫与油中的微量硫醇性硫 ,在白土的催化作用下反应产生的痕量H2 S是导致银片腐蚀的原因。模拟试验还证明 ,采用石油化工科学研究院研制的RB 0 1特种吸附剂补充精制 ,可以解决喷气燃料中H2 S产生的银片腐蚀问题。
Aiming at the problem that the jet fuel fraction of Changqing Refinery & amp; Chemicals Plant No.3 produced white clay after the refining of clay, the simulation results of the industrial conditions in the laboratory showed that the trace amount of sulfur in the clay and the trace amount of mercaptan in the oil Sulfur, a trace of H2S produced under the catalysis of clay, is responsible for the corrosion of silver flakes. The simulation test also proves that the use of RB 0 1 special adsorbent developed by the Institute of Petrochemical Technology to replenish and refine can solve the problem of silver flake corrosion caused by H2S in jet fuel.
