目的:研究并对比超声诊断子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病的临床价值。方法:从该院超声科选择在2013年2月至2015年2月确诊为子宫肌瘤患者100例,子宫腺肌病患者80例,回顾性分析其超声影像资料,对比超声检查两种疾病的临床诊断符合率、病灶及周边血流阻力指数等。结果:比较两种疾病的超声临床诊断符合率,子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病分别为93.0%、90.0%(P>0.05),不存在统计学差异。对比相关血流阻力指数,子宫肌瘤的子宫动脉血流指数与病灶血流阻力指数均远远小于子宫腺肌病的相关指数,但子宫肌瘤的病灶周边血流阻力指数却远远高于子宫腺肌病的相关指数(P均<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:超声检查对子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病有较高的临床诊断符合率,但配合子宫动脉血流阻力指数、病灶周边血流阻力指数分析,能进一步提高两种疾病的超声诊断符合率。
Objective: To study and compare the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis. Methods: From January 2013 to February 2015, 100 cases of uterine fibroids and 80 cases of adenomyosis were diagnosed in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015. We retrospectively analyzed the ultrasound imaging data and compared the ultrasonographic findings of two diseases Clinical diagnosis of coincidence rate, the lesion and peripheral blood flow resistance index. Results: Comparing the coincidence rate of clinical diagnosis between the two diseases, the rates of uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis were 93.0% and 90.0% respectively (P> 0.05), there was no statistical difference. Compared with the relevant resistance index, uterine fibroids uterine artery blood flow index and lesion blood flow resistance index were much lower than the relevant index of adenomyosis, but the uterine fibroids peripheral blood flow resistance index is much higher than Adenomyosis related index (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Ultrasonography has a high coincidence rate of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis, but in line with uterine artery blood flow resistance index and peripheral blood flow resistance index analysis can further improve the coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis of the two diseases .
