应用RP—HPLC测定脑得生片中葛根索含量。理论板数按葛根素峰计算为2601；葛根索浓度在17．61μg／ml—132μg／ml范围与色谱峰面积呈线性关系；回归方程y=0.0003701x＋1．221，r=0．9998：回收率及RSD分别是97．2％和1．6％。
The content of pueraria in Naodesheng Tablets was determined by RP-HPLC. The number of theoretical plates was calculated as puerarin peak at 2601; the concentration of pueraria in the range of 17.61μg/ml-132μg/ml was linear with the peak area; the regression equation was y=0.0003701x+1.221, r=0.9998:recovery rate And RSD were 97.2% and 1.6% respectively.
