在10—5000赫的振动频率范围内研究了140—360目的铜镍粉末在振动床中的运动特性,确定了颗粒群体“链式导电”的机理。测定了床层中电极电位的变化及电流在床层中的分布,确定了有效床层厚度,设计了振动床成功地制取了多种复合粉末以及从低浓度含铜溶液回收金属铜。
The kinetic characteristics of 140-360 mesh Cu-Ni powders in a vibrating bed were investigated in the vibrational frequency range of 10-5000 Hz, and the mechanism of “chain conduction” of the particles was determined. The change of electrode potential in the bed and the distribution of current in the bed were determined. The effective bed thickness was determined. The vibrating bed was designed to successfully prepare a variety of composite powders and metal copper recovery from low concentration copper solution.
