在有轨电车施工阶段,通过制定统一的BIM建模标准、工作规范,同时采用构件三维数据模型,再通过统一的软件平台进行各专业模型的整合;基于统一的模型平台开展碰撞检查、设计优化、施工协调、进度模拟、三维算量和预制加工等各专业的应用。最后进一步探索了BIM和信息技术在有轨电车项目中对于进度、图档、质量、安全和合约等的四维、五维精细化管理。
