对高压开关用铝合金触座的挤压成形进行了计算及试验研究。采用有限元方法对零部件成形过程进行了模拟,揭示了挤压成形过程中的金属流动规律,并根据结果进行了挤压模具设计及优化。根据产品特点制定了合理的工艺方案,挤压出合格的触座零件。
The calculation and experimental research on the extrusion forming of aluminum alloy contact for high voltage switchgear are carried out. Finite element method was used to simulate the forming process of parts and components. The rule of metal flow during extrusion was revealed. The design and optimization of extrusion die were carried out according to the results. According to the product features a reasonable process plan developed to squeeze qualified touch the seat parts.
