近年来有关Ⅰ型变态反应发病机理的研究进展很快。对于肥大细胞与嗜碱性白细胞超微结构,脱颗粒释放过敏性介质过程,过敏性介质种类、分子结构、生理及病理作用的了解更加深入。本文着重介绍肥大细胞、嗜碱性白细胞释放的和其它过敏性介质及其在Ⅰ型变态反应中的作用。 肥大细胞与嗜碱性白细胞 众所周知,Ⅰ型变态反应是变应原与肥大细胞、嗜碱性白细胞表面的IgE受体结合致过敏性介质释放所引起。 1.肥大细胞:目前发现两种肥大细胞,其一为典型肥大细胞,主要位于皮肤、呼吸道与消化道粘膜、支气管腔与疏松结缔组织特别是血管、神经周围。1克肺含1×10~6个肥大
In recent years, the research on the pathogenesis of type Ⅰ allergy progresses rapidly.
