患者,女,56岁,间断咳嗽、咯痰十余年,伴游走性关节痛3月,加重半月入院。经各种检查确诊为:①慢性支气管炎并肺感染;②痛风;⑨矽肺Ⅲ期;④支气管扩张;⑤慢性胆囊炎。痰培养为绿脓杆菌生长。分别给头孢唑林钠及头孢哌酮治疗各15日,疗效不佳,根据药敏试验,加用复达欣(英国葛兰素集团制造,批号M5013070290)2g,2次/日,加入5％葡萄糖250ml内
