利用自制的电动机械式针刺火工品动态参数测试仪对HZ-2火帽在0.3~8m/s速度击发时进行了动态测试,并和落球仪的测试结果进行了对比分析,得出了如下的结论:动态测试条件下,输入能量决定了火工品的针刺感度;在本文的研究条件下,击针质量比戳击速度的作用更显著;在击针质量不变的情况下,能量损失随速度的增大而减少;静态测试对HZ-2火帽的可靠性和安全性的估计都是较保守的。
The dynamical parameters of self-made electro-mechanical acupuncturing dynamometer were tested dynamically at the speed of 0.3 ~ 8m / s for HZ-2 fire cap and compared with the results of the ball drop test. The following conclusions: Under the dynamic test conditions, the input energy determines the acupuncture sensitivity of the pyrotechnics. Under the research conditions of this paper, the impact quality of the firing pin is more significant than that of the pounding speed. Under the condition that the quality of the firing pin is constant, The loss of energy decreases with the increase of speed. The static test estimates the reliability and safety of the HZ-2 cap are conservative.
