拉伸级进模一般由拉伸(或连续拉伸)、冲孔和落料等工序组成。工序集中,生产效率高,早巳广泛用于大批生产。这类模具有个共同特点:冲孔、落料凸凹模刃口用钝后需要不断刃磨,而拉伸凸凹模则不需要。刃磨后相对高度变了,又不得不重新调整。如何使刃磨方便、调整迅速,是这类模具设计的关键。例如,风扇轴承压圈(图1a)一般可按拉伸、冲孔(3小孔1大孔)、落料三位二步的典型工艺来设计级进模。因冲大孔和冲小孔的凸、凹模高度不同,装在一起不好刃磨,故应把大、小孔分开冲。排样如图1b所表。
