我公司的加藤NK750汽车吊,后桥前减速器输入齿轮由于压紧螺母松动,导致齿轮折断数齿,因而引起轴上的圆锥滚子轴承损坏,不能继续使用。该轴承是英制轴承,内外圈的标号为72487/72200C,国内很难买到。当时我公司正承担市内重中之重的天钢工程,急需NK750汽车吊。在此紧迫情况下,决定采用国产轴承7610代用。以解决燃眉之急。 7610轴承额定动负荷C=10200kg,极限转速为4800r/min,可以满足使用要求。尺寸的比较:(内径×外径×宽度) 72487/72200 C:φ50.40×φ123.85×36.58 7610:φ50×φ110×42.50 具体作法是: 1.将减速器锥形齿轮轴安装该轴承部位
