采用宏微观组织分析、化学成分分析、SEM断口形貌分析、EDS腐蚀产物化学成分分析等手段,分析了321不锈钢釜盖开裂的原因。结果表明,该釜盖的开裂属于氯化物应力腐蚀开裂,蒸压釜的工作介质和工作压力共同导致了釜盖的开裂,并提出了相应的改进措施。
The causes of cracking of 321 stainless steel autoclave cover were analyzed by means of macro-and micro-structure analysis, chemical composition analysis, SEM fracture surface analysis and chemical composition analysis of EDS corrosion products. The results show that the cracking of the kettle cover belongs to the chloride stress corrosion cracking. The working medium and working pressure of the autoclave together lead to the cracking of the kettle cover, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
