上海某项目地铁上盖综合体贯通12,13号地铁车站,其地下空间结构与车站连成整体且不设缝。设计难点一方面在于办公塔楼紧邻地铁车站且局部裙楼直接坐落在地铁车站上方,需谨慎考虑上盖综合体对地铁车站的沉降影响;另一方面主体结构存在扭转不规则、抗侧力构件不连续、塔楼偏置等多项超限。详细介绍了地铁上盖综合体的结构体系,以及针对超限部分所采取的构造措施、基础设计、沉降控制及减小对地铁附加影响的措施。地铁的附加沉降对上部结构尤为敏感,应尽可能考虑减轻上部结构自重,优化结构布置;可通过合理的桩基布置,采取桩尖注浆等手段减小基础沉降,从而减轻对地铁的附加影响。
