目的:探索SOX区域Y相关高迁移率族蛋白基因2(sry-related high-mobility box-2,Sox2)、人第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因(phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten,Pten)、信号转导子与转录激活子3(signal transducers and activators of transcription,Stat3)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,Vegf)基因在皮肤恶性黑色素瘤(cutaneous malignant melanoma,CMM)中表达的联系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测27例CMM蜡块中Sox2、Pten、Stat3和Vegf的表达。SPSS17.0软件处理实验数据,采用Spearman相关分析。结果 :在CMM中,Sox2、Stat3和Vegf的表达两两之间呈正相关;Sox2、Pten、Stat3的表达两两之间呈正相关;Pten与Vegf之间的表达无相关性。结论:在CMM的发生及演变中,Sox2、Stat3和Vegf之间或Pten、Sox2、Stat3之间可能存在单向信号调控或环状调控通路,可能在CMM的发生中存在作用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the relationship between SOX related Y-related high-mobility box-2 (Sox2), human phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10 chromosome ten, Pten), signal transducers and activators of transcription 3 (Stat3), and vascular endothelial growth factor (Vegf) gene in cutaneous malignant melanoma CMM). Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Sox2, Pten, Stat3 and Vegf in 27 CMM wax blocks. SPSS17.0 software processing experimental data, using Spearman correlation analysis. Results: There was a positive correlation between the expression of Sox2, Stat3 and Vegf in CMM. The expression of Sox2, Pten and Stat3 was positively correlated with each other. There was no correlation between the expression of Pten and Vegf. CONCLUSIONS: During the development and progression of CMM, there may be one-way signal regulation or circular regulatory pathway between Sox2, Stat3 and Vegf or between Pten, Sox2 and Stat3, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of CMM.
