From the brutal invasion of China by the imperialists after the Opium War, imperialist aggression against China in the recent centuries often accompanied the incineration and looting of precious relics in China. Outstanding such as the Second Opium War, the British and French troops looted China’s Yuanmingyuan and the Eight-Power Allied Forces to grab Beijing cultural relics, etc., and the 1930s and 1940s Japan’s invasion of China, the mad grab behavior is outrageous. With the Japanese aggressor’s claws at every step, the national government had to consider major issues concerning the relocation of cultural relics so as to prevent the treachery and looting of the Chinese national treasures again by the Japanese invaders.
