既然风动工具是以压缩空气作为动力介质的机械化工具,因此在研究风动工具的时候,必须首先了解压缩空气的基本特性。压缩空气的来源是靠空气压缩机将大气吸入机内,然后加以压缩而成。压缩状态下的空气(即压缩空气)沿着输气管路和软管输入风动工具内。在风动工具中压缩空气的能最转变为机械功。压缩空气做功后排入大气(图1)。
Since pneumatic tools are mechanized tools with compressed air as the driving force, the basic characteristics of compressed air must first be understood when studying pneumatic tools. The source of compressed air is by air compressor inhalation of the atmosphere, and then compressed. Compressed air (ie, compressed air) is fed into the pneumatic tool along the gas line and hose. In pneumatic tools, the most compressed air can be transformed into mechanical work. Compressed air into the atmosphere after doing work (Figure 1).
